4coolday have taken a while to start shipping out my m3i zero so I wrote them an email and they replied to me:

Thanks for your order from 4CoolDay.
The M3i zero is still out of stock, because the factory stopped production temporarily,
maybe they are adding some new features to the card.
Now, there is no stock in all stores.

If you need the card urgently, could you change the card to Supercard dsonei?
We will not ask extral money from you,
if it's ok, the parcel can ship out at once.

Look forward to hearing from you

Should I change to the supercard dsonei or wait for the m3i zero? I have a dsi by the way,

Go for the DSOnei. The only plus I find for the M3iZero is that it's from the M3 team and that it uses Sakura. The DSOnei also has a fairly smexy GUI (even though it isn't moonshell2, I still think its good).

Im just a little bit unsure because the dsonei is a bit dated? what are the pros and cons of either one?

Should I try and get a acecard 2i?

I personally wouldn't recommend the M3i Zero, it doesn't update all that often lately, so playing new games could be an issue.
Yeah it has some extra flashy features, but I don't think those really matter when the games don't play properly.

Definitely get an Acekard 2i instead.

Why not go for the Supercard DSTwo if they have it?

Because for the extra features (gba comp) it hasnt been mastered yet and also doesnt have snes yet.

I may upgrade (if it is and upgrade) when everything is fixed.

I've used both the m3i and the dsonei and The dsonei is hands down a better product hardware wise.
The usb to flash cart connector is super flimsy on the m3i for updating the flashcart. The micro sd slot
doesnt spring eject the card so you have to pry it out with a paper clip or something (this was the case with two brand new just out of the box flash carts).

The dsonei's new software is very good and fast (wish it would scroll to the upper screen like sakura). It isn't quite as sexy as m3i sakura, but it is very useable.
