Did you try modify the cheat to match what I said at all clubecgr? I know the default cheat works just fine on R4, but you need the menu.dat that has the cheat engine fixed for a couple code types - one of which seems to be used by the 3in1 cheat codes as without the fix it wouldn't work for me. The code change I mention above reflects what EZ has changed in the enable routine to make it work with at least the original 3in1 and current 3in1+. If you do have a 3in1+, I can pretty much guarantee the cheat isn't going to work unless you change it.

i use the nintendo browser on my acekard2 v2.1 not patched and works fine with my ezflashV slot 2
and on my cyclods Evo

ANYTHING GOOD WITHOUT BATCH FOR COMP OR EZ FLASH OR ANYTHING U HAVE TO BUY OR PUT ON COMP???????????
