Absolutely amazing counter to caviar being priced TF out the wazoo by the bougie socialites.
Tiny tiny fish bebehs salted like most all other roe offering that salty and ever slightly bitter taste without smelling like their mamas loins. Goes well with most things you'd cheese on, and especially with rice. Frozen is perfectly fine to fresh since we're not talking about their mamas and shmeat texture going all soggy after defrosting.
And obviously WAY better for you than mummifying chips and diabetusing soda.
