Onsluaght - WiiWare FPS now out in Europe! + first footage

Looks N64withanexpansionpacktastic! Well what do you expect when Hudson have to cram this game into such a small space? Also it'll only be 1000 points so you can't expect much.

WiiWare World says its pretty good, I'm hoping later levels will be more of a challenge. Should be decent enough for multiplayer & 4 player co-op. It also has some sort of WFC mode, I hope it lets you do deathmatches on line but chances are its just for post scores.

If you're thinking about size issues, there was this homebrew PC FPS developed a few years ago that was only about 100kb. I think the game was .kkrieger by a company called the Produkkt or something.

Didn't that require a meaty PC though to pull it off?

I believe so, but that has little to do with space issues. I was just citing it as a reason why small size doesn't mean the game isn't meaty.

It doesn't look that bad actually... If this has a solid multiplayer, I might even play it. It doesn't look an N64 game at all, by the way. It may not be beautiful, but it's at least PS2 quality... which is OK for a 1000 points game.

Hope it gets dumped soon. In the Shop Channel description it says it has a 4 player multiplayer (online)

It would have to be a very VERY bad PS2 game. Any decent PS2 FPS looks much much better than this, even the less than enjoyable ones.

I'm saving my Wii points for Cave Story, but maybe I'll get some more for this.

I wanna try it first though.
Hope the PAL version will work on NTSC in region free mode.
Though maybe thats not a problem anymore.

I don't know how. Cant bother to learn. It will be dumped in a few days by someone else maybe even today.

If I can ever get my Wii back online I'll try, just tried a minute ago and I'm having problems. Fucking Virgin, no problems getting wireless on my PDA.
