It doesn't make much *sense* to allow *multiple user accounts* for a *portable* - much like with mobile phones and other personal devices, handhelds aren't expected to have multiple accounts. Why would it "suck"?Guys, can I only have 1 PSN account per Vita? They better alow multiple user's, cuz this is gnna suck

As mentioned above, the account is tied to your memory card, so you "can't but can" use multiple accounts.
It would be neat if they would follow Apple's lead on this. If you bought a game from PSN, your purchase is registered in the SEN network forever-after. You will be able to re-download the title as many times as you want, but there are "ways" to do this without re-downloading.It doesn't make much *sense* to allow *multiple user accounts* for a *portable* - much like with mobile phones and other personal devices, handhelds aren't expected to have multiple accounts. OK what if I bought a game on PSN Store in my account, and then I do a factory reset and I activate the Vita with my brother's account, can I at least login to the PSN store to download the game I bought?

If I bought the game ON MY ACCOUNT, and I want to get it on my brother's memory card. How would I do that?
The only way to do this would be if he played with your account. The game is attached to the account it was bought with, you couldn't buy a game on yours, put it on your brothers SD card, and have him play without having access to your account AT ALL TIMES.If you bought a game from PSN, your purchase is registered in the SEN network forever-after. so you essentially want to give your brother a free copy? I don't think that's possible.
One PlayStation account can register and share games on two platforms, so provided you had two Vitas, both could be registered on the same account, share content etc.It would be neat if they would follow Apple's lead on this. NOTE: Credit for this deservedly goes to McDeon4Life. I just tweaked the language so it made sense with any country and item.
Disclaimer: you need to reset the Vita to factory settings. Aside from watching that stupid intro movie twice, nothing bad comes of it. Sure, your settings are set to default, and any homescreen background is also set to default, but this is a 30-second job to fix.
0. Keep your memory stick in the Vita at all times. Do not take out the memory stick at any point of this procedure.
1. Create an account for the country whose PSN you wish the access (there are tutorials online; it's very simple). Keep your login credential handy.
2. On your Vita, go into Settings > Format > Restore the PS Vita System. Follow the prompts, and say YES to deactivate account, and NO to format memory card. The Vita will now self reset.
3. Your Vita is now at factory defaults, and needs to be reconfigured. Continue as if normal, but when it prompts if you have a PSN/SEN account already, select YES. This is where you put in your newly made PSN credentials.
4. Watch that abysmal intro movie. I wish you could skip this crap.
5. You are now at the main screen of the Vita. Go directly into the PSN Store.
6. In the top-right corner, you will see a magnifying glass; click it. This is the search feature.
7. Type in the name of the item you want to download and tap send.
8. Select it from the list, and begin downloading. At this point, wait until it finishes and installs.
9. When it's finished, you need to go back to step 2, and continue up until you put in your PSN/SEN credentials. Put your actual account credentials.
10. This startup video is the bane of my existence.
11. When you've reached the home screen, you'll notice that item is still there, and playable under your original account.
Found something on gamespot that's handy

I'll be getting a Vita soon...
This is a two-edged sword, remember that "over-registering" your devices may lead to "not being able to register them anymore". Many PSP users suffer from that issue (registering each time they change CFW can have its faults. )That I didn't know, cool! One PlayStation account can register and share games on two platforms, so provided you had two Vitas, both could be registered on the same account, share content etc.
I deactivated and restored my vita to factory settings BUT I DID NOT FORMAT MEMORY CARD (mem card has uncharted game)
then when I rebooted the vita and I re-activated ity with my bro's account, he can still see the game!
Is this correct?

Try playing it. I actually started reading the thread on gamespot and people are completely clueless if you can actually PLAY the game after doing this, lol. Works for free content...hrm.
Damn. I hope paid content works.
