Hacking On 4.2U, easiest way to get access back to Wii Store?

My system is running perfect and I'm not about to try and update it. BUT, I do buy a lot of games through the Wii store so what's the method to update this so it will work? I saw mention in a thread of downloading it but there was no reference to where exactly or how to do it. Just looking for a point in the right direction...

DOP-shop if you have a patched IOS.

Update the database under the "Database" drop down, then select the v19 shopping channel for your region in Database/System/Shopping Channel. At the bottom check Pack Wad, Save As, and Delete Contents. Click on Start NUS Download and select your save location and file name.

Install the resulting WAD with WAD Manager.
