Hi Everyone, I have installed a picofly rp2040 and it boots straight to ofw, green flash light long after a short one; means D0 point not connected, I been moving the ribbon side to side slightly but not luck, I read 0.024mv., any ideas or pointers for what should I do, any coment is really appreciated, thanks

Hi, i got the same exact problem. Previously it works flawlessly with all the CFW and even triple booted with L4T ubuntu and android. For some reason, recently i just got this D0 is not connected error where it boot straight to the OFW 🤔🤔

I was always told that Dat0 Adapter a bit rubbish. I always use this one

Notice how it has another mounting point on the left side.
Also the contact for the Dat0 line kinda sits around the solder ball.

If I'm correct, you should read about 0.750 (Always been told 0.7-0.9 is normal).
You also want to make sure you apply pressure for the Dat0 adapter when installing to make sure it sits snugly.
Be careful with the ribbon cables with that kit you have! I have used the same kit and I found the pads have a tendency to come off the ribbon cables!
