Hardware Old and New 3ds Parts Swap

Is there any way to take the parts out of my New 3ds to allow my Old 3ds to run like the New model? I love my Old 3ds and its shell and want to keep it but run games that can only run on the new 3ds. If so, how do I do this? Also, will the swap wipe out my cfw/homebrew on my O3ds? I kind of a noob with this. I may need a step-by-step walkthrough. Thanks in advance.

No, this isn't possible. You'd need to buy a proper n3DS

I second that motion; if anything it's the motherboard, and the physical interior design/layout is just totally different. (Ribbon cables would be too short also, etc..)
