Homebrew Old 3ds PicoDrive issue

hello im using the PiceDrive emulator to play sega games and almost every game runs at full speed this is great but i been looking and i have seen no one with the issue i have when i play lets say any sonic games it the left side of the screen has a line or some sort of screen tearing it happens with some games mainly the sonic ones anyone had this issue? i done messed with the video settings nothing is fixing this

Everyone gets this problem if you don't use picodrive 1.3.3. 1.3.3 is the last version before the devs decided to try and add 3D to the emulator so best off using version 1.3.3
