old 2ds black screen

i hacked an old 2ds, it was fully updated i think. i followed all the steps on 3ds.hacks.guide, and it worked just fine. i added 2 CIAs and now when it boots up, it just shows a black screen. the screen still works, when i boot it up and hold start, the GM9 menu pops up, but the home menu wont. what should i do to fix this?
