Hacking Okay DS Lite Compatibility M3DSS

Okay, so i am going to switch my DS Lite Polar White for an Onyx Black due to that annoying manufacturer's defect (the cracks).

So I found this thread on m3-forum.com that said that the Simply does not work on a few of the Onyx DS Lites.

So if you have a Simply and any color DS Lite, could you sound off on whether yours works?

Could you say your DS Lites' Region, Color, and the first six characters of your serial, and whether it works or not.

Here is the list I have compiled thus far from another forum.

If you see yours on the list and the status is wrong, just post it and I will edit the old ones.

As for new ones, I'll edit them in.

Im sure they all work, i dont see how it would matter since they are all ds's anyway

Newer firmware could possibly mean issues.

Happened with the old Passme methods way back... remember?

The R4 & M3 Simply aren't exactly manufactured to the highest of standards. Most likely some of the carts aren't formed quite right, so they don't make good contact in every DS. If Nintendo had found a way to stop NoPass from working, it would affect every flashcart.

My M3 Simply works just fine in my black DS lite (USA, UG4132xxxx)

well not sure exactly what region mine is, but i imported it from lik-sang back when they were still around...

by your list there i'm assuming the UE's are european models... mine works fine with my newly acquired M3DSS.
