you didn't imply that this is a custom ID
so maybe if we all got the knowledge of doing so
we might all have the same ID

Lol I just told that yes, he gave same files to some people, and different to others. Why ? I don't know, but he seems capable of generating seeds... How ? No idea

According to him his method of "generating seeds" is already complete.

Is there any reason why he wouldn't just release it already?

He's claimed he wants to do "testing to see if duplicate seeds result in bans", but as I mentioned before, that's nonsense, seeing as that testing would not need to be done if he released the method he allegedly created, thus resulting in no duplicate seeds.

So, I am informed that you did not make this, have no idea how it works, and wouldn't be the one to release this if the project gets a public release?
I would advise against any sort of attention whoring like this in the future.
