About custom clients

A lot of people have made their own custom client by now.
Including some of the testers, and the devs.
We've decided that we'll allow this as long as it won't become a problem.

At this point it is fairly easy to create a simple client for pictochat3DS.
But as for 17 september the server will get a major update which will make it a lot harder.
Maybe nearly impossible without some guidance.

And that is why, on 17 september, we'll release some guidance on how pictochat3DS communicates.
