You guys are right, i'll create 3 levels of bans
- temp ban (Temporary ban on the current project for people like spammers after multiple warnings and multiple kicks)
- local ban (Permanent ban on the current project after multiple temp bans)
- public ban (People that are local banned from multiple projects of mine and still)

This sounds more reasonable to you?

1.) This isn't an emulator. It's a recreation of the original Pictochat.
2.) It runs off of its own server online.

It is kind of hard to use. We should be allowed to create new servers.

I know there will be private servers. As of what that means. I do not know yet. We are still designing the main hub.

my concern was more for some kid new to homebrew, that was unaware of any rules, getting himself blacklisted from a list of homebrew apps without understanding why or how. Then being turned off to homebrew completely. We know the rules because we're here and beta testing. The general end users arnt going to know any better, which is why i appreciate Tjessx's warning/temp ban system.

12 year old kid figures out how to launch homebrew for the first time. (Not to far from my experience)

Gets pictochat, remembers old pictochat. "Oh neat, I can do this, and this and this." Hits flood limit. Perma banned. Other apps stop working as well. "Fuck this, and homebrew".

See what I'm saying? How are they to even know there's a server, or that someone owns it? Or that they have rules, unless they're told?
