Homebrew Ocarina of Time (GCN Nintendont) problem

I was playing Ocarina of Time (with italian language patch) on Nintendont, I got the game via N64inj, a homebrew n64 emulator for gamecube made from the official Nintendo emulator put in the Oot port for the gcn. Im stuck in the endgame for this annoying problem which doesn't make the iron doors go away when zelda open them during the escape from ganondorf's castle. I had a similar problem tiimes ago with the lens of truth, where it didn't work at all (it didn't reveal any secrets) but after a day it magically worked normally (I changed some option in Nintendont but I don't remember what I changed). Now I tried three differents settings but the problem remain, and Im stuck unless I do some sick speedrun glitch to get away from this damn castle.
