Gaming Oblivion Character Creation

I fiddled with the character creator in Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for a little while, and found that it's extremely difficult to create characters I like anymore.

I was trying to get a character to like looks like one of these (just in the face, though):
First
Second
Third
Fourth
Fifth


I gave up when I couldn't make any of them.

Any tips? I fooled with the character creator for a long time, but couldn't get any remotely similar.
