Obama Warns of Nuclear Terrorism

President Obama and President Medvedev signed a new pact to reduce the stockpile of nuclear weapons a couple days ago. This is a new start formed in Prague, but I am worried how long it will take to implement it from time it is signed. PW takes place about 36 years ago and the process had started from that time, but the realization of a "World without Nukes" is difficult.

Even with an agreement to reduce the number of nuclear weapons, the next step is very challenging. In order to disassemble nuclear missiles and warheads, it takes an enormous amount of money. The process of conservation and maintenance also eats away at the budget. After the fall of the Soviet Union, the careless management of nukes was a major issue. This issue was used as MGS1’s theme as well.
