Hardware O3dsxl top screen flickering/blicking/issue

hi guys i have a problem on my Old3dsxl it happened with my 3ds recently that my screen work fine when open it but when i click on my setting or notification or play any 3ds game start blicking and flickering and all that crap also only those game work which don,t relate to 3d like which don,t use 3d after playing those game when i press home button my top screen is black out and line shows on it plzz guys hellpp me i,m really worried about it
i have latest firmware and latest luma installed on on3dxl any reply would be appreciated im from pakistan so pardon for my bad english
