With this is it possable to make a custom update to install via usb method to say run smash in undub, sonic in mario kart etc?

Is it better to run sd caffine from a custom channel from haxchi cfw then to pack a custom update?
It depends.
Modded content could get you banned from online play so Caffiine is better for online games becuase you always have to manually activate before you play.
It's also good for temporary modifications or for some mod that's constantly being updated.

It's only worth to repack an update if it's a definitive mod, like the final version of a fan translation.

I tried using this program, And I've had this error message coming
"Generating the FST.
The file "NUSPacker.jar" is not assigned to any content (.app).
Please delete it or write a corresponding content rule"

How can I fix that ? Thanks.

NUSPacker thinks that NUSPacker.jar is part of your input, probably because your input directory is pointing to the directory that has your jar file in it. In other words, if your jar file is c:\nuspacker\nuspacker.jar, don't put code, content, and meta directly in c:\nuspacker.

Oh, so that's why. Thanks for answering !

I've tried with what you've said and it works ! It's actually repacking the game !

EDIT : Being a complete bullet, i've launched NUSPacker, and instead of -EncryptKeyWith, I've did -encryptionKey, and now WUPInstaller GX2 says "Please verify that your WUP Files are correct."

I'm dumb. I can't figure this out. When packing up a game, do I need to include "-encryptionKey XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" where XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is the titlekey? Yes I have the wii u common key saved in the text file without an extension. that part shows up fine.

How did you manage to fix this?

Is there a program that's the opposite to this one? As in one that unpacks packages and turns them into raw files?
