Hacking Homebrew NUSPacker not giving any output file

I'm using NUSPacker Plus and when it finishes the output folder completely disappears and I'm left with a single
'00000009.dec' file in the 'tmp' folder and nothing else

the end of the NUSPacker Plus text looks like this:

"Saved encrypted file to: C:\Users\hassa\Downloads\output/00000009.app

Content 00000009 packed!

Packing the FST into 00000000.
-------------
Packed all contents.

TMD saved to C:\Users\hassa\Downloads\output/title.tmd

however there is no 'output' folder, it disappears from my computer once the 'finished!' text appears, any ideas?

1) What is NUSPacker Plus? Without knowing: Use https://github.com/Maschell/nuspacker instead.
2) Show the full log, not Just the last lines, please.
3) Mixing Windows and Unix path delimitters at C:\Users\hassa\Downloads\output/
