Homebrew NTR Plugin no longer works after using input redirect ntr

After seeing a video on how to make a Game controller work on a 3ds I decided to try it out it works but now no ntr plug in for my games work it show she plug in is there but when I use a cheat like the walk through walls for sun and I hold R it crashes or when I use random shiny code it doesn't work. I am on 11.2 luma pokemon sun and moon ver is 1.1
Can anyone help .
