Hacking NTFS compatible with m3 DS Real

I am using a m3 DS Real with Sakura firmware and a 4gb micro sd card and i am wondering if micro sd cards formatted to use NTFS are compatible with the card and firmware? If i can is NTFS better than FAT32, or should i just stick with FAT32. I searched the forum but could not find a clear answer.

I think it doesn't even accept NTFS, so FAT is better

there is no need to format your microsd to any format..it's best just to use it the way out of the box
