I would like to take all of my nsps and batch rename them using this naming scheme:
Game Name [TitleID] [BASE] [v]
Game Name [TitleID] [UPD] [v].nsp
Game Name [TitleID] [DLC] [v].nsp
Game Name [TitleID] [DEMO] [v].nsp
Optionally have a way to modify the naming scheme to a scheme you prefer.
Also, a way to change any invalid characters like ":" for example, to "-" to avoid an extra space in the file name (if reading form a text file).
Perhaps a text file with a list of all TitleIDs and names of each NSP would be useful?
How can this be automated?
How would it handle renaming Updates [UPD] and DLC [DLC] NSPs?
Does anyone know of an NSP Renaming utility already exists?
Or even, Is there anyone with the smarts to do this that is interested in creating something like this?
I am sure this utility would help many people out looking to do rename their NSPs.
