I would like to take all of my nsps and batch rename them using this naming scheme:

Game Name [TitleID] [BASE] [v]
Game Name [TitleID] [UPD] [v].nsp
Game Name [TitleID] [DLC] [v].nsp
Game Name [TitleID] [DEMO] [v].nsp

Optionally have a way to modify the naming scheme to a scheme you prefer.
Also, a way to change any invalid characters like ":" for example, to "-" to avoid an extra space in the file name (if reading form a text file).

Perhaps a text file with a list of all TitleIDs and names of each NSP would be useful?
How can this be automated?
How would it handle renaming Updates [UPD] and DLC [DLC] NSPs?

Does anyone know of an NSP Renaming utility already exists?
Or even, Is there anyone with the smarts to do this that is interested in creating something like this?
I am sure this utility would help many people out looking to do rename their NSPs.

That would be neat to rename the 1.2Tb of NSP files that I have.
Right? The naming scheme from the titlekeys has changed over time, so not all nsp filenames are formatted the same. Would be nice to automate the process of correcting this.

A future update of Switch Backup Manager probably is going to do that. Could be sooner if somebody helps.

If I am not mistaken, I believe the Switch Backup Manager software is Windows only. While it would be awesome to have it support renaming, a cross-platform solution would be ideal and preferred for those of us on OS-X, so we don't have to use a VM to to access the tool.

This...
This is where the journey began.

A wish, granted...
A seed, sprouted...
A shell, cracked open...
A life, born.

Built with passion...
Commitment...
Love.

A magnet, drawn to the attracted...
A lock, picked without a key.

Expression...
Dedication...

Recognized.
Understood.
Respected.

Forever, infusing a living memory,
Retained by those who stand by your side.

This...
This is where the journey continues.

There is no end.

There are more chapters to write before this story gets a sequel.

Now let’s enjoy some freshly roasted nuts from the open fire. Peace.
