Hacking NSMB Wii question

So, I bought NSMB wii, and I love it,
there's one complaint

Not enough Yoshi

So I have 2 questions, need one or the other answered

A: Is there/can anyone make a code where after hitting like 4 ? blocks, the 5th you hit is a yoshi egg

B: Is there a way to use an SD card and the actual disc for NSMB (and of course homebrew channel) to play an edited stage?
(Cuz I was figuring just go through the stages, and swap certain ? coin blocks with a yoshi egg)

I looked around a bit, found only editors that can be played via emulators/non-legit discs

there's an ocarina cheat code that gives you Yoshi on every level not sure how you would get it to work on original disk through the disk channel
