good news is that after reverting and removing fix94 my smash remix is now back at 70 fps and the audio isnt awful, can someone test to see if rice 1.3 or fix94 are the ones that try to fix smash remix?

tested it myself, its both, both rice 1.3 and Fix94.ini fix smash 64 remix's 70 fps cap quirk without fixing the audio 70 fps cap leading to remix having choppy audio when using both

my smash remix i have 0.9.3 runs at 60 fps like it should not idea how you get 70 for whatever reason lol and like i said to you there is an error on some audio stuff that affects soem games on wii64 1.3 be it rice or regular one.

it runs at 70fps on regular rice 1.2 with no fix94 ini, thats how it always ran for me, and at 70 fps the audio is perfect

in not64 it runs at 60 fps and the audio is also perfect so what is your point? lol the audio being good or not doesnt have anything to do with the fps, its just an error codding on wii64 1.3 audio output somewhere.

Its not my intention to beg for features, but im just curious if GC controller adapter compatibility could be implemented.
gamecube controllers already work on wii and gc, for wiiu you would need to add the hid controller code which tbh i dont see extrems or emukid adding hid controllers.

Owww, thats a shame, as i don't have Official controllers aside from Wiimotes and nunchucks, the Gamepad, and the GC Adapter. Is there a cheap alternative to classic controllers or Wii U Pro controllers i could use?

finished kurkos latest banjo rom hack on not64, How the Gruntch Stole Christmas, shit played near perfectly save for a very few 1 to 3 frame fps drops

wiiu pro controller will set you for life great batery time, great controller in general, or you could just use wii64 1.3 and use wiiu gamepad, no rumble but works on wiiu. also classic controllers are preety cheap, just make sure you buy a legit one as fake ones dont work on homebrew in general.

@GustavoReis what graphics core are you using (glN64 GFX or Rice GFX)?
And did you encounter any issues with it?

EDIT: Game name is Multi Racing Championship (sorry for stupid question :P )
Rice gfx and no issues at moment

Is there not a way to use the Wii U Gamepad's HOME button to return to Wii64's menu? X+Y and ZL+ZR seem to be the only options...

you can assign menu buttons afaik go to input and set it up, now i dont know if the home button was mapped tough to be a choice.

So I'm experimenting with a few translation romhacks and several are displaying strange text in the Not64 menu/loading screen. For example, in Bomberman 64 Arcade Edition (the JPN-exclusive one), in the left pane the internal romname displays correctly, but the next line of text is arbitrary nonsense:

BOMBERMAN64

@à@@@_@NHAE

USA

AutoSave Enabled

Is it a bad romhack or a bad dump, is this something I can (hex) fix in the header? NHAJ is the correct official serial code for the unmodified game.

The game plays mostly fine, but saving is broken ("Failed to save game" error following pausing Not64, with autosave enabled). I suspect Not64 uses that official serial code to create save files so the extra nonsense characters are the source of the issue.
