Oh, nice seeing, @pedro702.

So i just thought that Mupen64GC-FIX94 (based on Wii64 1.1) is for play Wetrix on Wii with Controller Pak saving but without the stupid issue of nothing shown during gameplay on Wii64/Not64.

Now it can also play Mortal Kombat 4 for N64 but without the issue of HUD disappearing on Mupen64GC-FIX94? Awesome! :)
yeah i just remenbered to test that game out xD so there is 2 games that work perfectly on it vs newer not64/wii64 :P hopefully someday extrems or emukid can find what was changed and carry this 2 fixes upward.

So i just recently tried it again and Super mario 64 hack mario star road now freezes on a black screen after the logo on the latest not64/wii64 , i do recall playing this game on not64 so i wonder what happened that now makes it unplayable on the newer versions.

SO, been a fair few months, so, not64 or wii 64 1.3?
it depends on what games you want and gamepad lol but we found out how to get 1.3 to work like fix94 soundwise, just use the wiivc version of rice and wii64 1.3 and then on the settings.cfg created on the wii64 folder just change limitvis to zero (limitvis=0) so you can get 1.3 and fixed sound.

yep, that worked, thx man, now i have one final issue.
fix94's changes dont seem to materialize in rice even though i have the cfg file in there
i deleted the og cfg and copy'd over the extracted fix94 cfg file to the correct root wii64 folder, was there another step i misssed?

you need to use fix94 ricevideolinux on the wii64 folder not the one from emukid releases, if you were using fix94 1.2 recompile im guessing you already had the correct ricevideolinux.ini.

bump... anyone?

i did further testing. this is wii64 readme:
**VideoMode**

* 0 = VIDEOMODE_AUTO (default)
* 1 = VIDEOMODE_PAL60
* 2 = VIDEOMODE_240P
* 3 = VIDEOMODE_480P
* 4 = VIDEOMODE_PAL
* 5 = VIDEOMODE_288P
* 6 = VIDEOMODE_576P

i tried every possible choice, but nothing seems to change.

then i switched wii64gl dol file with not64 dol (from official mupen64 archive), and 240p video mode works well. i even tried to put a working not64 settings.cfg in wii64 folder, but no result.

is 240p video mode broken for wii64?
thanks, spinoman.

well, that's now an issue.
Someone also reported that in the issue tracker of Wii64's GitHub.

Only way for playing Donkey Kong 64 is using Wii64 1.3 on the Rice GFX plugin version, here you can play DK64 without that stupid camera glitch.
https://github.com/emukidid/Wii64/releases/tag/1.3-20212212

An alternative version of Wii64 1.3 Rice GFX with WiiFlow MOD: https://gbatemp.net/threads/wii64-beta-1-3-with-wiiflow-compatibility.609418/

However you will STILL NEED TO USE @FIX94's RiceVideoLinux.ini file, otherwise you will get some more GFX glitches. Put this file into device_root:/wii64/ folder. Download it here https://gbatemp.net/threads/not64-update.333569/post-7700315
