Hacking Not all games on Wii U USB Helper

I have noticed there are a few games you can't download from Wii U USB Helper. I'm wondering if these games have some sort of protection which makes them not able to download and play for free.

And if they are protected then why aren't all of them this way?

Black Ops is one not on there...
Sniper Elite
Walking Dead

A few others I've come across.

This question gets asked all the time black ops is not available to download from the eshop and as wiiu usb download helper gets its games from Nintendo's cdn which is the same place ligit bought eshop games come from that is why it's not available. It's the same for the other two games I think

Edit before you ask cdn is content delivery network.

Yeah I can't believe I have asked this today after wondering for so long and all of a sudden below this there is a thread from last October about making WUD images installable!

I guess that's the route I need to go.
