Hardware Noob Question: How do I safely update my CFW 3DS to 11.5?

So I just wanted to know how do I safely update my CFW 3DS to 11.5. I'm not really an expert in updating CFW. I do know a lot about 3DS CFW and Homebrew but I never knew how to safely update with CFW as I never updated with a CFW 3DS. I'm currently using Sys 11.4.0-37 and Boot9Strap 1.2 and Luma 8.1. I already have a SysNAND backup. So please answer this.

If I am correct, you just go to settings and update. Wuala.

I have tested updating with both Luma3DS and reiNAND. Both of them safely updated to 11.5 and both of them are still functioning now.
So it's perfectly safe to update your 3DS to the latest OFW
