Well i don't see this anywhere mentioned, how to run Trucha Bug Restorer??
I have WASP mod chip, SD card and Homebrew Channel....
what do you mean how to run? as in execute the app? you could always use HBC to run TBR.

our guide doesn't even use TBR anymore
It now uses DOP-IOS MOD for almost everything

Yeah, I still need to update the guide with the new DOP-IOS MOD v10, which fixes that (I think)
But for the rest it has everything you need (TBR is part of it now and it removes stub IOS)

just like any other apps...place the TBR folder in the apps folder of your sd card then run the boot.dol file of TBR through HBC...that's it. i though you were just joking at first...

better try to use dop-ios mod v10.1, it also has TBR.

Is the thread/guide for changing the Wii System menu still alive?
I had viewed the thread once or twice but now, I can't find it...
I've done my searching but never found it...

I just need a guide how to change the wii system menu theme

I have 4.1 and am about to get the Trucha bug so I can get Waninkoko's cIOS and play NSMBWii on the USB, but it seems like I'm dealing with important parts of the Wii. I have bootMii boot2, but is there a way something can go wrong and I won't be able to get back to bootMii?

Thanks. Also, when I get Waninkoko's cIOS38_rev16-installer, and it asks me what IOS to use, the guide says that if it's your first, choose 36. Else, choose 249. If I don't know/remember if it's my first one, which option is the safest to choose?

Whats the best program to use to convert dol's to wad's. I want to install the apps etc I have as channels.

How do I install BootMii as boot2

I read all these guides ABOUT IT but I can't find anything giving a step by step for the process.

To Canuk: I'm not sure but as i can recall my luring here, i had found a topic in the Backup loader forums where there is a program explained making your .dol's to .wad's maybe should try to search around there...

I know not a really useful answer, but better than nothing right?

EDIT: longtom has given the answer already

Okay, here comes my noob question :-)

I have 4.1E softmodded Wii with USB Loader CFG. All backups run nice except Super Mario Galaxy. Is there any way I can get it running? I have tried using Hermes 222 and 223 and tried region force etc etc. - I'm sorry if there's already a topic about this but I couldn't find any.. Thanks guys!

Oh, and please ask for more details if needed.

E: All I get is black screen. I have tried installing IOS33, both v. 1040 and the latest, without success.
Problem solved - I had bad ISO, tried with another one and now works! Thanks for everyone who helped me ; )

I'm following tutorial for installing dvddump. I'm still unsure about installing cIOS. I go to WADManger to install the cIOS right? Went there but all I saw were the cIOS i already installed when I softmodded using xzxero's tutorial. Do I look for cIOS36_rev and if so where is it? Thanks.
