Noob helping board.

Just making a quick suggestion, everyday I always see a new user on GBAtemp who has only 1 post, no introduction topic and that 1 post is asking for help (usually spelling is bad). And most of the time I never see those 1 post people again, so I'm suggesting the wonderful staff to put in a Noob/Guest Help board to put less strain on the server having heaps of leeches register on the site. I've also noticed that this happens lots around giveaway times (eg: Gold EDGE cart theme contest).
Just take this into mind and consider it.
