Hacking Noob advice needed for 2DS,3DS and N3DS

Hey folks,

My kids have between them a 2DS, a 3DS and a N3DS and I am looking for advice on what can be done with them to be able to play 3DS roms without buying a flashcart. (The 3DS is on 9.7 so I guess that is out the question)

I have read about CFW's and CIA's and this is where my noobness comes in. Do I use a browser hack or can someone with experience point me in the direction of a guide or advice?

The 2DS and N3DS are on 9.2.0-20E.

Any help is really appreciated.

the 9.7 one needs a 80-90usd sky3ds (or you can just get them a new 2ds for that price)

Make sure you do one system at a time, both are done differently.
