Don't believe the noobs who don't know what they're talking about. So some people say they can't fix A9LH.
Others say A9LH is easily fixable if they wanted to.
Who do I believe?
A9lh is nearly impossible to fix.

They would have to do it through successive updates without anyone noticing what was added in the first update. If you want to be super safe, just don't update in the next update or the one after that, and wait to see if anyone starts saying their a9lh no longer works. Then after that wait till the devs fix it and you can update safely. But to be honest, there's probably only one more update left in the console's lifespan anyway. So it is possible.
Bad guys always win. And we are bad guys...
Even If nintendo really patched all exploit.... we can still descrypt the firmware by bruteforce and therefore edit it. However it would take a millenium...
How are they nonsense? What does that even mean? We're discussing and speculating. Is discussion nonsense now? If you don't wanna talk and speculate, you're the useless one in this thread sir. This kind of threads are a nonsense. Nobody really knows about it.
...How does the NX using cartridges mean the 3DS is going to be supported less by Nintendo?I think most of Nintendo team now working and putting priority towards their Nintendo NX console...
Recent rumor is that Nintendo NX will be cartridge based... so yeah 3DS is about to have less support from now on...

I'm pretty sure they don't have to use the LED brick code specifically. They can brick your console using other methods. All they have to do is check the hash of your firm partitions before and after the update. Then, they can run the LED brick code on all of the consoles that have no change.
AFAIK, the led brick cannot even be recovered with a hard mod....I'm pretty sure they don't have to use the LED brick code specifically. They can brick your console using other methods.
i know! my dad works at nintendo!
Talking seriously, we are unable to know what Nintendo is currently doing atm
We don't know if they are patching something, if a new game is comming and you gotta update to that version, or even if they are trying to patch A9LH
This is Nintendo we're talking about, since the 3DS is their own console, they can probably brick the 3DS some other way that's unrecoverable.AFAIK, the led brick cannot even be recovered with a hard mod....
inb4 i actually laughedBan this Guy, He must be the Nintendo's Spy who Leaks our TricksLol Just Kidding.
WE can guess it. Another milleniumNo not true. If you encrypt something with a key which is as long as the data itself, then there is literally no way to know how the data looks like -> impossible to brute force

*Dad...They are making a ShadowNAND, tell nin10doh!!"
This will be their next-gen kinda handheld console. We already know that the NX console will also be portable. The rest is self-explanatory......How does the NX using cartridges mean the 3DS is going to be supported less by Nintendo?

To my knowledge, it would be illegal in the US to brick someone's console on purpose because they modified it.This is Nintendo we're talking about, since the 3DS is their own console, they can probably brick the 3DS some other way that's unrecoverable.
