Hacking no keys.bin from bootmii?

i was backing up a nand of a friends wii and it didn't give me a keys.bin, is this a bad thing, should i try again?

You won't be able to install the nand without the keys.

Hi,

u most possibly use a old version of bootmi (

you friends wii's might still have the old bootmii, install the new one

i believe old bootmii just makes a nand.bin backup but you can still find the keys inside that backup, the new bootmii makes a seperate key.bin and nand.bin
