Hi, my 60g PS3 fat died due to YLOD. I've just bought a slim 160g and have tried to swap the HDD from my old to the new to make it 320g.
every time i try to reformat it come up with a message 'no applicable update data found'
I have made correct folders and my external hdd and also on a usb flash drive PS3>UPDATE>Update file
I have also reformatted the drive to FAT32 using my PC and a caddy
The download is from official sony website 3.70

This is cracking me up. anyone got any suggestions!!!!!
