they cant be legally distributed due to containing some nintendo stuff in them, but you can probably google them around or wiiu usbhelper i guess.
I’m not asking for the installers themselves though but the emulators Fix94 edited to work on WiiU mode, I know I seen them once before Tiramisu was released and I overlooked them because I wasn’t interested in a full hack at the time, now I can’t find the thread.

As far as I remember Nintendont only saw game ISOs named game.iso, game.cso, disk2.iso and disc2.cso.

.GCN just had to renamed .iso. The same is probably true for .nkit.
Nintendont does not support Nkit compressed files. Nkit trimmed files are, however, the best possible trimming for GameCube images, both in compatibility and optimisation.

To trim without compressing, open up Nkit.dll.config, find the NkitFormat option, and set it to iso. Then drag your images to ConverttoNkit to trim them.

I've some found gecko codes that make games run at 60 fps, would these codes work on Nintendont or could it cause crashes/graphic bugs?

Also I've read in gcforever about MGS that is possible force 16:9 by gecko code but Ralf (a modder known for making gecko codes on that forum) says that Nintendont for some reason doesn't (it crashes in Konami logo) and for it to work you would have to open ISO game with hex editor to modyfing some hex values.

Open the MGS ISOs with a hex editor of your choice, search for the following byte sequence...

7F461E70: 72666C62 744F0000 3F800000 00000000
7F461E80: 43300000 80000000 49A00000 49A80000

try it i guess, nintendont compatibility with cheats isnt 100% due to memory addresses not being the same since they were moved around due to the games being played from wii mode so some adresses match the gc original adresses and some others dont, most cheats do work, some dont, its a matter of trying.

On Nintendont for original wii, can I use dolby pro logic 2, with good generic component cables on a receiver that decodes dolby pro logic 2?

Anyone has tried?

I've searched here, but only found some people discussing nintendont on wii U.

Man, I'm looking for this like forever by now. I even have an own thread created due to the fact that for God's sake I don't get this game running in widescreen :D I stumbled across this problem by accident and tried to understand how Nintendont's options work. But in my case it doesn't crash - it just ignores the cheats stored in root:/codes/GGSPA4.gct

I also asked right HERE for someone to help me.

Did you try it and can confirm it works fine?

EDIT: it works: https://www.gc-forever.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2180&start=12

:)

EDIT #2: OK, I managed it! I used HxD. But my values were found there:

Disc 1: 3E13 F6D0
Disc 2: 4304 76D0

It works perfectly <3

Something that I forgot to say is that it only works for PAL version game, I don't know if the NTSC version works too. I suppose that the values to modify will be different

Yeah I know. I found Ralf's Post in GC Forever and read the thread. It stated GGSPA4 which is the PAL version.

Greetings from Germany :)

Hello,

Is it possible to move GameCube ISO files onto a Wii U formatted External HDD (I have just formatted a 3TB WD MyBook for the Wii U) and run them from there? No matter what I do I can't seem to find a solution to running them off the same drive.

Thanks.

yes, I think so, by using TeconMoon's script file to make them installable files.

It's been a while since I last touched anything Nintendont, but I wanted to ask if someone could please make a build of the latest version of Nintendont with the changes listed here?
https://gbatemp.net/threads/nintendont.349258/page-1943#post-7803824

Basically, want I'm looking for is:
The code for changing the Digital triggers to a mid and full analog press can be found here:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/nintendont.349258/page-1943#post-7804159

If whoever decides to make a build with these changes needs any help to make the button changes too, let me know so I can provide the proper code changes.
I can't make a build of it myself since I don't have access to a 64bit machine (which devkitPro now depends on and they dropped support for 32bit systems)

Basically, want I'm looking for is:
  • Gamecube's Z button mapped to Minus/Select for CCP and WiiU Pad
  • L/R are full analog presses
  • ZL/ZR are mid analog presses
  • Face buttons switched clockwise (so they match how they were physically located in the og GC controller). Meaning:
    • GC A= CCP/WiiU B
    • GC B= CCP/WiiU Y
    • GC Y= CCP/WiiU X
    • GC X= CCP/WiiU A

I can compile it, just need your changes.
