Hey, can you add an update to Nintendon't to check if you are running on Wii U and, if so, get rid of the [Boot game in drive] ? Thanxs

I don't play nintendont on my wii, just wii u. I don't recall that option. it's always been boot from sd or boot from usb. I have my games on a 256GB sd card, and I've never had issues with it. I have the forwarder as well with gamepad support installed.

I own a Wii u. I have softmoded and have homebrew Channel and hatxchi on. My simple question is.
Do I have to softmod , hack the VWii to install nintendont ?
Also
Do GC Injectios need nintendot?

Just use wuphax and afterwards put Nintendont into your /apps folder.

afaik, you don't have to mod the virtual wii to use nintendont, but I don't know for 100%. I'd suggest modifying it, since it's easy. just make sure to backup your NAND and ios.

i dont see that option on wiiu unless you got no game isos on the list maybe?or it might be becuase i dont have any disc on wy wiiu drive? anyway what version nukmber is your nintendont?

Just use wuphax and afterwards put Nintendont into your /apps folder.

all gc injects use nintendont there is no other way so just keep nintendont files on
MUST be on SD usb doesnt work on gc injects.

vwii vc inject, wiiu has vwii mode injects, you can inject nintendont there and load it from wiiu home menu.

only one hid controller at a time is possible you can do combinations like

wiiu gamepad+ps3 controller
wiiu gamepad+wiiupro+ps3controller
wiimote with classic controller+ps3 controller and so on.

Hey Just wondering if anyone has any ideas to get 3rd party wii mote/nunchuk working as a gamecube controller in nintendont. I can navigated the nintendont menu but when I launch a game the 4th light is on my wiimote and no buttons work. thanks

It's the two port version and more compact than the 4 port version, made for Wii U but also works with the Switch.

I don't mind spending the extra cash but I'd rather it be compact since I don't use more than two GameCube controllers at a time.

I'm new to the community and would like to ask for assistance with Nintendont. I was able to install it and configure it to my liking however when I reset the WiiU console all the settings revert back to default. So I have to reconfigure all the time. Anyone have any idea why that is and how I can solve it?

what you mean reset it? if you close the game after playing it?

do you use it on vwii through homebrew channel?
injected into a vwii inject?
vwii through an usbloader?

I use a nintendont forwarder. It takes me directly into nintendont and when I reset the entire console and turn it back on that's when I notice that I have to reinstall all my settings like memory card emulation again. I tried using USB loader gx but I never got it to read anything buy my wii games. Unless someone can help me make it work on usbloader gx that'd be great too?

When i shutdown the console and turn it back on all nintendont settings reset to default like memory card emulation etc. I tired nintendont on usbloader gx but it doesn't locate my games...that is why I use nintendont forwader to use nintendont. This is the only way I can play gc games unfortunately. Maybe someone knows how I can get it to work on usbloader gx as well? Thanks!

there are diferent tipes of fowarders.

do you use a vwii inject console one on wiiu menu?
or one on vwii mode itself?

Yes, sdcard is unlocked.
