Thank you so much!
so it worked? the ps3 controller sometimes has issues even on the ps3 itself i guess they have some codding error and sometimes just need a reset, one time my ps3 controller on ps3 just kept going crazy like i was playing with the analog stick randomly on all directions a simple reset did the trick.

It's probably more a matter of Sony using $1 worth of parts in a $50 controller. :D

Ok guys and gals....I tried something new...all my GC games were dumped way back when DIOS MIOS was used and they are NOT full-sized ISOs....I re-dumped Animal Crossing and it's been 10 minutes runing the "Press Start" screen without freezing so....for now...it seems I'll have to re-dump everything from scratch (too bad as the sizes will get bigger). Still doesn't explain why they work fine on the 32gb Flash Drive.
For what it's worth, I've never had issues with shrunken disc images (except maybe Sonic Riders, but that's because it's extremely timing-sensitive, so shrinking the disc image will affect disc timing emulation). The only tool I've used to shrink images is crediar's DiscEx (v0.9).

Well, they work fine on only the 32gb SanDisk flashdrive...weird

Ooh! Found out that I can use ModMii to fix the IOS58-thing. Someone please tell me what on earth I need to do with ModMii? I have no clue. It's installed a load of stuff that I don't know if I need to extract, rename, or - let alone needing this WAD manager-thing? Please help *Giggles nervously.*

Just tell it to download "58" on the first download page. You can also have it download a mod manager on the second page.

Thank you! It took me forever to realise the ModMii installation installs another program to do all of this. Then it took me forever to realise that you type what you want, then you have to type 'D' to download that selected. How do I download the WAD Manager? I have no idea what it's called.

Hopefully you can tell me what option on there is needed? Sorry for my dumbness :P

When I went to my brother's home, I converted his WBFS partition to FAT32 using wbfs2fat program.
it correctly converted it to FAT32 (detected as FAT32 in windows, but as FAT16 in USBLoaderGX).
I didn't have enough tools to check the partition table in hex editor to check the partition ID, sorry.

Then I tried Nintendont 4.422 and I noticed it was very long to create the savegame file on first launch.
Once the savegame is created, it's fast to boot, but on file creation it takes 20-30 seconds.
I always use "multi" to create one card per game, so each game is long to load on first launch.

I didn't have time to test older version (before FatFS), sorry.

I don't have a lot of information I can give you, as I wasn't at home with my usual tools.
I can only tell nintendont version and that I used wbfs2fat.
I think the partition was build as MBR primary. I don't know the cluster size wbfs2fat created.

Maybe it really created a FAT16, but windows detect it as FAT32?
or it's using an old partition ID.

Is the slow memory card creation a known issue on nintendont?

it never took me more than 7 r so seconds to creat a save file, and i use single memory card so i use a memory card for each game.

That sounds about where I estimated it.

@Cyan You tested on your Wii U?

@Plushieluver101 Try Multi-Mod Manager first. It's on download page 2 as "MMM". There is a tutorial here on how to use it. If you have only WiiRemote+ controllers you'll have to use a different one like YAWMM.

Last edited by GreyWolf,
it was the first time I tried 4.x, and I never had issue with my own devices with older version, so I don't know if the issue was his HDD or nintendont new FatFS (or mix of both, like I said it's strange that USBloaderGX detected it as FAT16)

I wasn't at home, and he has only a Wii.
I couldn't make proper tests and debug info, sorry.
unfortunately I can't go back to his home before few months.

Maybe the issue is wbfs2fat? or FatFS, I couldn't test older version with the old libFat.

i always test on my wiiu, i putted my wii on the shelf since my wiiu does everything the wii can and more xD, i have been using my wiiu with nintendont since the first 20 revs or so.

Thank you! P.S., how do you mention someone like you did? :)
