You mean a WBFS partition? No, it's an antiquated partition format that really shouldn't even be used for Wii games anymore. FAT32 is what you'll want for Nintendont, and I recommend making the FAT32 partition first on the drive's table.
are there any wii isos that are 4gb+? if there are, how can you play it in a fat32 partition?

I also want to add, this information is also on the first page (the OP).
Gamecube games are no bigger than 1.35 GB.
For wii games you have splitter programs like Wii Backup Manager.

Edit: @TecXero, maybe i should let you take this... lol, we seem to ninja each other.

There's a file format (extension WBFS) that allows you to split larger files. You can also use a NTFS or EXT partition, if you're lazy like me, for Wii backups. Google is your friend.

i would love the idea of NTFS, but nintendont doesn't support it, no?

I'm sorry, but nothing anyone is saying makes much sense to me. I have Nintendont and can run it on Homebrew. However, when i click SD, a message shows up telling me nothing is there. I have created a games folder in Nintendont, Made a pathofradiance folder, and put the file I got from a website eith ISOs and ROMs, and named it game, but, the file type is 7Z and i cannot change that. Anyone know what i am doing wrong?

1: Read the OP, it doesn't say anything about making a folder in the Nintendont folder.
2: 7z is a compression format. You need a program to decompress it. I assume you're on Windows, so I'd recommend checking out 7-Zip.

Please remove the mention of that ISO site as posting about it is against forums rules. @TecXero: make sure to remove it from your quote as well.

Okay, Im feeling really dumb for asking this, but how do you put the folder in the root?
If using Windows:
1. Start Menu --> My Computer/Computer
2. Go to the device you want to store the game on and double click it
3. Right-Click anywhere in the drive's window and go to New --> New Folder.

If using a Mac:
1. Go to Finder
2. Press Command + Shift + C
3. Double click the device you want to put your ISOs.
4. Press Command + Shift + N

Don't feel dumb, I know someone who keeps asking me "How do I get to the Google?"

Haha, Thank you. I can do that now that i know what it is, but now im stuck on decompressing the 7Z file. Ive installed 7Zip, and tried running the file through one of the applications it comes with, but nothing happens.

I'll let someone else chime in. I've never used 7zip as I am a Mac guy and have no need for that app.

You probably presses the "minus" button by accident. That button alters, on the fly, the button layout.

Edit: On the Wii U Pro controller, it's super easy to hit the minus button as the minus, home and plus buttons are so close together. You don't know how many times I've accidentally hit the home button when going for the Plus button. Good thing I'm a Save Whore.

Open the 7z file and have it extract the contents to wherever you want. It's pretty straightforward.
