how about something today on a real gamecube? :P

Wait, ha? What just happened? O.o

Anyway, I been meaning to ask something for a while but I couldn't find a topic about it anywhere and I figured instead of making a new topic this is the best place to ask...

How can you rip a .mb "multiboot" file from a Gamecube disc? I been seeing a lot of multiboot rips on the internet and even converted to Roms "mb2gba" from games such as Animal Crossing and Billy Hatcher, the thing is there are a couple of games I'd really love to play them again but they're never been ripped AFAIK and I looked everywhere for them, one is Crash Blast "from Crash Bandicoot Wrath of Cortex" and the other is the tiny Chao garden from Sonic Adventure DX "it's got an exclusive mini game that isn't in any other version" now before anyone says the Chao garden is ripped it's only ripped in Japanese and this particular minigame requires you to read hints constantly under time limit, I might also try to rip the Tetris like minigame from Rayman 3 if I could.

I already have a regular Wii "with GC ports", a Gameboy SP, a GC2GBA cable, and an Ez Flash for my DS lite "if this helps in any way" I also have the original game discs for these games, I know I can technically play them but I'd like to rip them as Roms to be able to play them any time in the future as I'm planning on selling them eventually.

I'm new to the wii u and not even sure if I can mod vwii . I'm on 5.5.0u. My question is. Is there a way to get the game save off a GC memory card using the Wii and then some how transferring over to the wii u vwii. I use nintendont on my owii with a GC memory card because I also play on a GameCube

The answer to your question can be found in this section of the OP.

Is nintendont compatible with Motion plus mote's? i tryed to look around but couldent find anything.
if its an oficial motion plus then yes if its a fake/3rd party motion plus it wont work most likely, remneber wiimote alone doesnt work either you need either a CC,CCpro or the very wierd controls and not recomended nunchuck.

That is a Wii game.. it has noting to to with Nintendont, so Pedro's answer does not apply there.
this lol considering nintendont does not play wii games at all that hipothetical awnser doesnt even matter, wiimote+nunchuck is for games with very few buttons and simple controls becuase it doesnt have enough buttons to replicate evrything on GC controller.

Ah tought it was for both gc and wii games sorry bout that well then i dont have to worry about that. Thanks for point it out im kinda new to this Wii u things.

Wouldn't it make sense, then, that Nintendont bypassed loading the GameCube BIOS, even if present, when Memory Card emulation is set to off?

ppl were asking for the boot animation for nostalgic reasons and now you said to remove it?
Managing real memory cards is a separate subject and you can manage them from the Wii menu; not with nintendont anyway.

There should be an option to turn it off when using Real Memory Cards as there are issues when using the BIOS with Real Memory Cards unless someone can fix the issues.

I vaguely remember 2 years ago that there was funding for some Triforce hardware to try and implement multiplayer in Mario Kart GP, does anybody know what happened to that? Nobody seems to have brought it up again

By "manage" real memory cards I interpreted it to say that the BIOS cannot use real memory cards in game (i.e. save and load), which, I don't know if universally for all games, but is exactly what happens with JP Wind Waker on my PAL Wii. When using the BIOS, the game reports the Memory Card data is corrupted and asks if I want to reformat it. When not using the BIOS, the game reads the saves from the real memory card just fine.

So while I love the animation when it does not cause harm, I'd rather sacrifice it when it does (and only when it does).

P.S.: I run WW forced to NTSC, so that "force progressive" works, so with the later set to On too, and forced to widescreen. I mention it in case it makes any difference.
