Just double checking, the GC Mic will work with Native controls on or off, as long as Memcardemu is set to off, correct?

I'm pretty sure the mic isn't supported at all
I read that native controls had nothing to do with the mic, as it was tied to the memcard slots. Looking at the compatibility list with supported games, it says No mic support on Wii U, not that it doesn't work at all. Anyone say if it actually works or not?

I do find it puzzling that Odama is listed as having MCEmu support, yet having it on breaks mic support.

I want to know this too so i'm going to test it right now

the_randomizer you can try to use 270 on a SD card and then use it to load the USB drive, and copy the 229 mod to you HDD. You won't lose anything doing it, you will only have to switch the list on HBC or re-setting the options on your usbloader.
This is what I've done on my WiiU that's using a HDD that was incompatible on 269 (I'll try 270 later).

Good point, I forgot that I can load the app of the SD card, but ISO images of the HDD, thanks! :D

Widescreen issue is still there, even after using latest revision. Still no option for WiiU fullscreen on usbloaderGX. The screen is still pretty large, it just doesn't fit the tv.

R268 seems to have broke fZero ax , Mario gp 1&2 are working perfect on 2.70 so I'm sure Fix94 can figure out what need to be tweaked for fZero.

if you didnt notice I wrote special patches for AX in 268 so dont ask me whats wrong for you guys.

Wii U GC Adapter for Smash Bros. (actually costs $100) it is worth to buy?

or I would keep using my "Mayflash GC controller to Wii-remote"? not just for nintendont, even majority of Wii U games, such MK8 even SSB-WiiU

Technical difficulties on my normal Wii. I can't test. Getting -1 error:angry:

Strangely enough this doesn't happen on my Wii U
Where is the error? If you turn off Mcemu have a real memcard plugged in, launch the game and then plug the mic in, does it make a difference?

This one did the trick, thanks! I won't be able to update a modded version will ?

It's better wait. The official version always gets updated but sometimes the dev's just did not have enough time to do it... while the official version is not out yet, let's use the custom ones...

Same here 2.66 works most of the time updated to 2.70 Bluetooth stays solid and black screen only . Can't exit
Good to know it's not just me, hopefully an update will come to fix it, in the meantime reverted back to 2.266 because I don't have any of the games that were fixed past Virtua Striker 2006

As Fix94 implemented big improvements on compatibility, could the problematic games (excluding the ones confirmed to be working on 2.270 (x-man, happy feet, etc)) be tested such as: Resident Evil Zero (bug on dial) - Sonic Dx (chaos race crash) - sonic Riders (third track crash), etc, and update the compatibility list.....

This is a little thing, but I'd like to request a change to how the compatibility list is handled with regards to widescreen compatibility.

Right now, 'green' rating for widescreen compatibility seems to simply mean 'does not crash/break game'. As a result, games that stretch the screen rather than incresing the displayed area are being rated as green despite the fact that 'force widescreen' is evidently not working with these games. It is nonsense to rate these games as 'green' for widescreen compatibilty when the setting by definition is not working for these titles. We shouldn't simply be looking at whether or not the game crashes, we should also be looking at whether or not forcing widescreen is actually working. This issue is complicated further by the fact that some people apparently have crap eyes and think the game is properly working in widescreen when it is actually being stretched.

My proposed changes:

Green - Widescreen works, or has minimal issues (objects outside 4:3 area not appearing etc.).

Amber - Widescreen works but has significant artifacts or bugs.

Red - Widescreen stretches image, or crashes game.

This would more accurately reflect not only whether or not widescreen breaks the game but also whether or not widescreen is actually working. In addition, plese compare 4:3 and forced widescreen mode before editing the list so as to check the screen isn't being stretched.

What do others think?
