that is impossible to tell fakes are made out of all sorts of hacks, my fake wiiu pro controllers works but it keeps pushing right very lightly everytime every few seconds but i have no idea if that one is like my fake since theres tons out there, i would go for original if you want to make sure it works perfectly.

thank you for your quick response

-Sonic Adventure now black screens on Chao Race (unless native controls are enabled then it works fine) it switches back and forth from revision to another wither black screen or random crashes.

It shouldn't be like that, from my testing the crash can happen upon entering either the chao race or the chao manager(Chao Transporter), or the crash can happen during the race or during usage of the manager it has always been like that across revs because nothing was done that could change its behavior.

Testing doesn't hurt but it should only change when the GC pad part gets updated, since it works fine with native controls.

does it work with Wiixplorer on iso58?

from your previous posts, I think you didn't even tried 229 and 230? If so, this info is counterproductive.
Interesting that you consider additional info as counterproductive.

However, I tested my HDD on 229 and 230 with the same result as the others. And my HDD works with wiixplorerer on ios58. So it is not ios58 itself but rather a bug in the changes from r230.

That comment isn't for you, but for someone who haven't even tried 229 and 230 and listed his drive here.

it's a usb stick, it's working with wii games and even with mario kart double dash and mario kart GP, louigi's mansion, etc.

This is a little thing, but I'd like to request a change to how the compatibility list is handled with regards to widescreen compatibility.

Right now, 'green' rating for widescreen compatibility seems to simply mean 'does not crash/break game'. As a result, games that stretch the screen rather than incresing the displayed area are being rated as green despite the fact that 'force widescreen' is evidently not working with these games. It is nonsense to rate these games as 'green' for widescreen compatibilty when the setting by definition is not working for these titles. We shouldn't simply be looking at whether or not the game crashes, we should also be looking at whether or not forcing widescreen is actually working. This issue is complicated further by the fact that some people apparently have crap eyes and think the game is properly working in widescreen when it is actually being stretched.

My proposed changes:

Green - Widescreen works, or has minimal issues (objects outside 4:3 area not appearing etc.).

Amber - Widescreen works but has significant artifacts or bugs.

Red - Widescreen stretches image, or crashes game.

This would more accurately reflect not only whether or not widescreen breaks the game but also whether or not widescreen is actually working. In addition, plese compare 4:3 and forced widescreen mode before editing the list so as to check the screen isn't being stretched.

What do others think?
Sorry to quote my own post, but I tried Tomb Raider Legend, Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers and Lord of the Rings: Return of the King today. All three are listed as widescreen compatible in the list, yet all three merely stretch the image and are thus by definition not widescreen compatible.

I bet half of the supposedly 'widescreen compatible' games in the list are like this.

I did notice and thank you for your countless hours working on Nintendont . So you can confirm fzero ax is working for you on 270?

I can confirm that for me the game still works, yes.
Also maybe I didnt even mention it but the nintendont loader itself runs on IOS58 so if the kernel doesnt detect your drive then that must be some porting problem by me which I sadly cant reproduce so far, your only hope really is to wait for some developer here to have this problem.

Well you know better than I do in that regard.

yeah unless some rev states the padread code was changed dont bother trying

sonic chaos race
resident evil 0 dial door
call of duty
tiger woods 2002,2003 and 2004
nfl street 2

this games only work well with native on wich means its a pad read issue so unless some rev changes the padread code you are just wasting time.

No I haven't, I have a Western Digital MyPassport 500 GB HDD from 2011, no one else on here seems to have one, so more than likely, 2.230 will not work, and if it doesn't, that means I stick to 2.229 and miss out on a lot of compatibility fixes.
You have an older drive, why would it "more than likely, not work"? Again odds are it will work, for the most part it seems to be a problem with newer drives. Could u try it out before reporting it "most likely won't work", it doesn't make any sense to try anything else including SD card type solutions until u test your drive.. -_-

I can't get my official gc usb adapter to work in nintendont.

First I start SSB Wii U, then I close it and I go to Wii Mode.
Then I start up Nintendont (v2.270) and, for example, I execute Eternal Darkness.
My controller doesn't do anything.

Any help?
