Oh, I did not see that. Amazing! Thank you! =)

The WiiU Pro Controller works very good with this - thanks Fix94 for recommending it.

One last question that comes to mind: What about the memory cards? Does it matter which card size I choose? And what does Memcard Multi actually mean? And if I choose a 251 card for one game, and for the next 507, is it still the same card (obviously not, but it does not hurt to ask).

Reason for asking: I would need a seperate memory card for Naruto 4 cause the card seems then to be unusable for any other non-japanese game.
mc emu makes an mc emu for each game or one for all i sugest individual ones just for the case of corruption size doest matter if you dont go crazy and choose the 16mb one that is known to have problems.

multi changes from individual to the same mc card for every game, i sugest you just turn mcemuon and leavue it on the 251 blocks for each game since that is what activates by default, on each game you will have to formate the card since it will make one for each game so dont be afraid to let the format happen the first time for each game.

I think I'll stay with 251 as recommended by you.

Ah, now I get it.. then I missunderstood it. I first played Naruto 4, created a save and quit. After that I played Soul Calibur 2 and got the message that the memory card is corrupt because of the japanese save. At least I was thinking that.

Is the corruption of the memory cards really that common?

as of right now all working games also have a working memcard emu so theoretically it should work at all times. Still just because of that risk I would recommend having that tiny 2mb more per game to be sure it can save properly at all times.

Have you tried this one? According to the compat list it is shutting down the console in 2.162. This might indicate tha it uses the debug SDK. If that's the case it might have been fixed in v2.171.

Another thing:

Is it really necessary to mention those two things? Those are partially taken from the DIOS MIOS feature list, for which they actually made sense. Since DIOS MIOS changes the MIOS, those two are indeed features (I'm actually not sure if DIOS MIOS accepts retail discs). For nintendont however it should be clear that retail discs still works on wiis (since the MIOS is untouched) and retail discs wont work on wiius (since nintendont doesn't magically make the disc drive read small discs). Same with the second thing. I would just remove those two, they confuse more than they help.
People would try dumb things like putting a gamecube retail disc or backup disc in the wii u. So that's why it needed to put there so people wouldn't be asking "Will it support retail disc and backup disc?" every other comment.

How do I get mario kart arcade gp working? I have dios mios 2.11 installed, I also have nintendont 2.172. My wii just goes to a black screen so do I need to do the quadforce stuff to get it to work with the mios? I have the ISO version GGPE01. I've tried browsing Google but couldn't get answers. If you guys could help me I would appreciate it.

I just tried the widescreen cheat for MKDD and works like a charm
I used this code
Code:
Mario Kart: Double Dash [GM4E01]

16:9 Aspect Ratio (Widescreen) [Ralf]
043CBE08 3FE38E39
043CBE0C 40649373
I haven't tried the PAL code.

Additionally, I use this code instead of the widescreen hack in Super Smash Bros Melee to fix some bugs.(only works with version 1.2 of the game)
Code:
GALE01
Super Smash Bros. Melee

Version 1.2

Widescreen Fix

AWESOME!
Thanks for reporting back :)
FIX94, could those WiiRD codes for both Double Dash and Smash melee maybe be hardcoded into the Widescreen hack to make them work properly?

I tried this out early and I was very happy with the results! I didn't even see any problems with this widescreen either like stuff on the side disappearing.

I also tried a code for Animal Crossing and it was just awesome.

I think someone should update the compatibility list for Nintendont to say that Animal Crossing and Double Dash have issues with the widescreen hack. I noticed a lot of games on the Nintendont compatibility list say that the widescreen hack works when it really doesn't. For example Blitz 2002 and Simpsons Hit and Run.

found more small bugs, I really just wanna know if anything breaks than if anything works now lol.
-added micro machines to the ARStartDMA exception list to help it stabilize
-assume on ELF loading that the header is already loaded in the buffer, fixes sonic cd

Jesus you're on a roll man! Get some rest! you deserve it

BIG AIR FREESTYLE. Having some weird issues.
GC WII
Using component cables.
Rev 2.173

When the Wii is not set to 480P in the Wii Settings, the game displays colors normally.
Audio plays smoothly during the opening screens.
During this time, Freestyle mode is playable, but Race mode freezes with an annoying and infinite BEEEEP when the race is 3/4 loaded. The console must be hard powered off. Tried multiple times.

When the Wii is set to 480P in the Wii settings
When the game itself is set to Progressive, it then blackscreens.
During this time, stuttery audio for the first two screens can be heard, ending with a long droning buzz. The console must be hard powered off. Tried multiple times.

When you choose Interlaced on the Progressive screen, the game plays. Flashing green bars are constant at the top and bottom of the screen. Audio is still stuttery, the opening movie plays at half speed and is also stuttery. After this point, the music plays as it should. However colors are very screwed up.
Freestyle mode is still playable, as is Race mode this time. Tried multiple times.

I've reported this issue multiple times without acknowledgement.
Could someone please either confirm or deny this issue after thorough testing?
Thank you for your time. :)

More great news: Batman Vengeance no longer shuts down the Wii when it boots; Now it only blackscreens.

Kao the Kangaroo is now working!

Rogue Ops now works! However cutscenes play at double speed.

FIX94 I noticed when launching games from Wiiflow, that forcing progressive doesn't work, but if I set it from Nintendont, it works. Does Wiiflow need updated, or an I doing something wrong?

Confirmed here. Wii is set to 480p, chose Yes on progressive screen and just scratchy audio, no video.

Too lazy to change wii to 480i.

Choosing Interlaced mode works, but the FMV is stuttery and there are green lines on the top and bottom of the screen.

2.173, normal Wii. Trying to play the Godzilla demo on the disc crashes as well.

What about the colorz?

Eh actually I have Simpsons Hit and Run and widescreen hack works perfectly

And Fix94, Thank you very much !

Ok, NEW WRINKLE! I just tried launching Big Air Freestyle directly from Nintendont instead of through Wiiflow. First time, only MCEMU was set to on, and I had the same problem as described above. HOWEVER, the second time, I forced progressive, even though the game natively supports progressive, and the game plays beautifully! Hopefully this info is useful to FIX94, and hopefully Wiiflow will be updated to support setting options in the latest Nintendont
