with the latest wiiflow 1075, booting gc games with r101 nintendont fails. i was able to boot super mario sunshine 1x. the mc emu was not enabled by default (i left NMM setting to default).

the next game i went to load was starfox assault, after changing some settings, it booted mario sunshine again. the next time i tried, it will no longer auto boot. i removed the nincfg and meta.xml and tried a few times with the same results.

guys, those of you who are running the latest versions of nintendont on Wii U, what controller are you using? i used to use the ps3 controller, but r84 appears to have totally broken compatibility with ps3 controller (r83 works with ps3 controller without issues). even the latest version i.e. r101 doesn't fix the ps3 controller issue. i have reported it in their issues section here:

https://code.google.com/p/nintendon-t/issues/detail?id=29

those of you who are also stuck in r83 because of this issue, please feel free to add to the thread. that way the devs may notice that this issue is not just me and is indeed affecting a lot of people and maybe put more importance in solving it.

also if any of you guys know any fix to the issue, i.e. use the latest version with the ps3 controller (maybe it still works with certain settings?), i would love to know about it. please do tell.

Hi.
I told about my problem with ps3 controller above in Killer 7. And controller compability broken with r84 too.

First, try to put the ipl.bin (gamecube bios, no link will be provided here), or the font_ansi.bin in the root of your SD and USB.

Should this be reading SD or USB? I'm running Nintendont from SD but the games are on USB. Where should the ipl.bin be placed?

cant reproduce it, for me it runs just fine with both ISO and FST games from both SD and USB. Did you for sure copy over the new "bin" folder from wiiflow as well? Just replacing wiiflows boot.dol is not enough.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time takes a lot of time to access the memory card, is it just me? I don't see it reported in the compatibility list.

GreyRogue: Are you sure the cache is needed to boot F-Zero GX? I booted it just fine on 1.101 without it. o.O

On a different note, the story mode freezes for me as well.

It freeze for me too, elsewere it is fine. also, I kinda fixed my ps3 rumble problem in F-Zero GX. I disable it in configuration screen. now there is no crashes while I bump another vehicle :P (It rumbles when I do so, causing lost of control, and a crashe after a few seconds)

I noticed rumble seems to be disabled or broken again for real GC controllers in 1.101. I'll see if I can find which exact build broke it.

About ps3 pads i have a sixaxis. I've been able to launch F Zero pal but the joystick didn't respond only the DPAD in menus. Ingame First Wall = Freeze.
Thx for the efforts you've done to make that game booting!

ps3 controllers arent working on spcifiq games since 1.84 like metroid prime and such idkn about the rest tough
