Fresh install (no nincfg on either SD or USB)
Add the .dol to SD card apps/nintendont, rename to boot.dol, launch from HBC...choose USB, it loads my game list...I pick a game, check settings to ensure they are what I want (mainly just mem card emu on) and launch -> code dump.

if its a problem on my end, i'd like to know how. and why would it boot from other loaders if it was an issue on my end?

I had the same problem with USB. Works just fine with an SD card.

I don't know how long you've been testing Homebrew Adeka but both these statements are wrong. I'm not actively testing Ningendont at the moment but I've been on the scene testing DM, WiiFlow, Devo and several other homebrew projects and loaders and compatibility is never the same across all users it's practically impossible, there's different conditions & there's different hardware as well as the possibility of the performance being different for the same type of hardware.

If it was that simple and all users experienced the same end result we wouldn't have to test as much as we do and make as many revisions and reverts as are needed in development. Same thing goes for the loaders, Cyan has needed to update USBL-GX a few times already to be compatible with some config changes in Nintendont. Same goes for WiiFlow so loaders have a definite affect on the outcome launching a game. CFG works differently so it's possible it hasn't needed an update so it doesn't affect you.

Anyway hope I don't come across as rude, just trying to be informative, your results are not definitive otherwise we would not need beta testers. Please be patient & stay be a bit more open-minded when it comes to others results.
Cyan pretty much worded it better then I did.

If we lived in the perfect world where every user had the same game compatibility then I would be using devo instead of Nintendont (I never posted my problem in this thread so i'l post it now. ALL Games loose verification after you boot a few games on Wii U.)

All my Nintendont tests are done with 1:1 isos I dumped myself because of devo failing on me.

Can you make a controller.ini compatible with this wireless PS3 gamepad?

The DS3 ini file doesn't work with this one

The DS3 ini file doesn't work with this one

First post has a link on how to make your own controller.ini.

Nobody can make it for you because your the one that has the controller.

Well, i have a problem, the "R" button doesn't works, but only in Luigi Mansion. In others games works fine.I'm using a PS2 Sony controller
Thanks!

It's because the DS2 controller doesn't have analog triggers like the ps3 and gamecube do. (I might be wrong, someone can correct me, The wired ps2 controller has digital triggers.)

Try with sunshine. Does mario stand still when you press R and no water comes out? If this happens then i'll give the quick fix for the problem.

Hello! Please i have some questions, after putting the ipl.bin in the root, we must do another thing to use it with the game or the file is directly detected by the loader?

Ok thx! And for the files in the cach.txt, i have to download them or not?

You don't download anything, the cache.txt is a list of files that are already in the iso of the game. You'll have to check on your own which files are worth caching to make the game run a bit better. But overall it's not necessary if you don't want to go through the problem, games already run really well.

Thank you very much faku1810! So if i understood well what Adeka said me, the ipl.bin is automatically detected, i dont have to lut it on a line of the cache.txt? And i dont understand your last sentence, you say than i can have problems with some games if i use the cache.txt? Excuse me but i don't understand that thing about the cache.txt :P

That's right, you don't have to do anything except putting the ipl.bin in the root. And the cache is meant to load some files from the iso in memory to get faster access to them, that means you'd get a bit more speed at some points depending on what files are cached.

What I meant is that you don't need to use a cache.txt if you don't want to put extra effort in figuring out the files just for that bit more of speed.

Thank you very much, now, i understand everything! Wich version has the best game compatibility at the moment, the last one? And there is a difference if i rip my game with my computer, i have a Wii family edition, so i can't rip the games with the wii.

Édith: Another question (excuse me), wich file is better, font or ipl? And if put them both what is going to happen?

nintendont load ipl first, if not found it try to load font_ansi or font_sjis based on the game's region.
the ipl is probably better, as it's the official gamecube bios, with the official font.

With DS3 and DS4, water comes out when pressing R but Mario can't walk and throw water at the same time
