Gaming nintendo switch minecraft halloween mash up - how to access?

Hey, my son has minecraft on nintendo switch and we purchased the halloween mash up pack, however, we don't know how to access it. When we go to the home screen of software, it has minecraft nintendo switch edition (which we think the halloween mash up is within) and it shows a cloud with a down arrow. However, when we try to access it, it says you must purchase the software and sends us into the eshop. When we go in, it shows we have purchased the software already. When we go into his profile, there isn't an option to redownload. I'm sure it's sthg obvious as he's new to minecraft and we haven't downloaded anything yet on the switch until now so complete novices! He has the minecraft game card and has it is in - is it accessed through there somewhere? thanks!
