Safe as in it works? Early indications point to yes. Safe as in from a banning perspective? Probably not; it most likely introduces new telemetry to help Nintendo identify CFW and homebrew usage.is 6,1,0 safe for sx or not

I have an early untouched revision sitting in my cupboard waiting for my sx os to arrive. I'm gonna use your report as a template for my own setup, which is going to be simple without any other tools installed basically.Yeah.
How does the updating process works with SX? Are emunand and nand updated at different? Like you have to update them separately or can I just use ChoiDujourNX? Also is the AutoRCM in SX safe or riskier for ban?(atm im not using autorcm)Yeah.
Yes, it is possible to do that. Read the last 10 or so ban reports to get an idea of what it takes to avoid a ban.So, let's say i have sx os with no emunand. If turn off the console and boot into original firmware and connect to internet to check updates of my original games, do i risk ban?
In that case do you suggest to update firmware without burning fuses?
I'd wait till sxos gets an update just in case nothing gets broken in 6.1.0. Theres no real reason to update the Switch anyway unless your playing online in ofw or have a subscriptionis 6,1,0 safe for sx or not
I mean if the NAND isn't completely clean, then there is always a chance it can get banned. But if you've been lucky enough to stave off a ban so far, your luck just may continue.Ok so I have a switch that I hacked like 4 months ago (already have a ban report) and I have not been banned. I decided to back up my nand 3 days ago and boot cfw after doing that. The switch crashed and booted me back to OFW. I played online for a day, and have now gone offline and am using layeredFS and am planning to restore my nand once I’m finished with odyssey mods. As of now I’m not banned. Does this sound good as in I won’t get banned when restoring my nand?
What do you mean "another"? This is the main thread gathering details about bans, has been for months and is even a stickied thread.

Hope this helps, I thought I was being actually conservative with hacking. Offline on CFW, Never touched NSPs or XCIs, Never cheated or modified saves, Kept homebrew up-to-date directly from Github. Pretty much only used CFW to play RetroArch.

Let's say that to launch a homebrew, what should we do?Either way, ban just for homebrew is pretty scary!
