Thank you for what? all you did was copy and pasted the slide pad to the right and moved ever thing else up...lol, personally it looks like it would hurt my thumbs and hands having the slide pads that low!

The PSP thumbstick is a pain in the ass to use so I don't even bother, which is why I'm so disappointed Nintendo chose to put the d-pad so low. It's clear the focus will not be on 2D games... Here's hoping for a hardware revision

They're very limited by what they can do with the second screen on the bottom, there's only so much you can do with that layout. Seeing the insides of the 3DS there's really no extra space for a second analog but I think they could do the thumb strap thing again.

Who the hell wants to play an FPS on a handheld anyway? Play to the system's strengths, if you want to play Call of Duty, do it on your big TV with your PS3 or 360 and play games which are actually suited to handheld gaming when you're on the move, the kind of games you can't play a bigger and better version of at home.

Maybe someone should make an accessory that's a mini stylus (maybe 1cm long if even that) that straps lightly to your thumb. It would be perfect for DS FPS's at least.

I think Sony's biggest mistake on the PSP was only one analog nub, and it sucks to see Nintendo repeating it. FPS are unplayable on the PSP, barely tolerable on the DS and won't be any better on the 3DS. Oh, well.

I always get cramps in my finger from the PSP.
And a handheld shouldn't have two analogsticks, leave that to the consoles.
