)Question: Is it, or will it be, possible to give badges to a 3DS that can't get into the Badge Arcade? My N3DS emuNAND is on 9.4, can't be updated beyond 9.5, and no known working emunand eshop spoofs exist at this point.
As such, when I try to run the game, it kicks me out when it can't properly connect to my NNID and the eshop. So sadly I can't earn myself new badges. However, I'm curious, would some sort of release, be it .cia file(s), save files, or something else entirely, allow for someone in my situation to get access to a collection of badges to decorate their home menu with despite not being able to actually play the game?

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt. -
