Ninja Gaiden 3 Razors Edge coming to PS360?

One of the online retailers, Rakuten, has put NG3RE on the product page for PS3 and Xbox 360.
It seems the new version is gonna have the DLC characters Kasumi and Momiji too and some minor changes like the adjustment of the AI.
They page also says that the game is gonna be released in 4th April in Japan.

That's good to hear. But isn't this a Koei game? If so I'm really not surprised that it's going to be multiplat.

Definitely going to pick this up if this is confirmed true.
